Earlier this year P-Solve announced its intention to purchase the insurance specialist, investment consultancy firm Meridian. On 19th September this merger shall be complete. We will be celebrating this significant occasion with an event at the Clothworkers’ Hall in the heart of the City of London, on 28th September. A large number of P-Solve and Meridian clients shall be attending to mark the new, exciting prospect and to look to the future that the two companies now hold together.
The afternoon will involve talks from guest speakers including a presentation on the impact of Solvency II on investment strategy from Mike Faulkner, CEO, and Ryan McGlothlin, Head of P-Solve Insurance in the U.S. David Osborne, Managing Director of Meridian, who shall also be speaking at the event, commented: "We are delighted to be partnering with P-Solve."
